個人簡介 Personal Introduction

我的名字是拉妮 Laarni E. De La Cruz，目前擔任爾灣華人第一浸信會兒童事工主任。自 2016 年起，我便投入於兒童事工，委身服事主耶穌基督。至今，我在教會服事已超過十年，在帶領孩子認識信仰並在靈命上成長的過程中，深深體會到事奉的意義與滿足。

作為一位基督教教育工作者，我致力於從小引導孩子，教導聖經真理，並傳講耶穌基督的福音。我深信，在孩童時期所建立的屬靈根基，將在神的帶領下持續成長與茁壯。按照聖經的教導，這樣的根基將在他們成長的過程中，對其生命產生深遠且正面的影響。

My name is Laarni E. De La Cruz, and I am currently serving as the IFCBC Children Ministry Director. Since 2016, I have been dedicated to serving the Lord Jesus Christ through the children's ministry. My journey in the church spans ten years, during which I have found purpose and fulfillment in guiding young hearts toward faith and spiritual growth.

As a Christian educator, I am committed to guiding young individuals by imparting the teachings of the Bible and sharing the message of Jesus Christ from an early age. It is my understanding that the spiritual foundation established in their youth will continue to develop under God's guidance. In accordance with biblical principles, it is expected that this foundation will influence their lives positively as they mature.

呼召與事工理念 Calling and Ministry Philosophy

作為事工的帶領者，我的核心理念是透過聖經教導神的真理。聖經是我們所有課程與活動的根基，確保孩子們直接從神的話語中學習。

主日學的教學始終以耶穌為中心。祂是每一課程的核心，我們設計所有課程，都是為了幫助孩子認識祂的生命、教導，以及祂在屬靈生命中的重要性。

敬拜與讚美是聚會中不可或缺的一部分。我們將榮耀歸給三一真神，並鼓勵孩子透過詩歌與禱告來表達對神的信心。

孩子們透過聖經故事來認識耶穌，藉此幫助他們理解祂的福音，並認識祂的愛與犧牲。

在兒童事工中，孩子們親身經歷神的愛，同時也被教導將這份愛分享給他人，學習關懷與尊重身邊的人。

我們也鼓勵孩子學習服事神與服事他人。透過各種活動與課程，引導他們運用神所賜的恩賜與才幹，培養慷慨與愛心的生命。

As a ministry leader, my approach centers on teaching God’s truth through the Bible. Scripture serves as the foundation for all lessons and activities, ensuring that children learn directly from God’s Word.

The focus of Sunday School teaching is always on Jesus. He is the heart of every lesson, and all studies are designed to help children understand His life, His teachings, and His importance in their spiritual journey.

Praise and worship are integral parts of our time together. We honor and glorify the One Triune God, encouraging children to express their faith through songs and prayers.

Children are introduced to Jesus through Bible stories. These stories help them connect with His message and learn about His love and sacrifice.

In our ministry, children experience God’s love firsthand. They are also taught to extend that love to others, learning to care for and respect those around them.

Children are encouraged to serve God and others. Through various activities and lessons, they are inspired to use their gifts and talents in service, fostering a spirit of generosity and compassion.
